Flutter is putting together its global portfolio, and its Tombola bingo game is now live on Sisal in Italy.

Flutter has announced its first-ever "platform partnership." Its own Tombola bingo game will be available on its Sisal brand in Italy.
The operator stated that the agreement was feasible because of improvements to its Flutter Edge platform, which is the software stack that runs all of its global brands.
Both Flutter's management teams and equity analysts say that Flutter Edge is the key to its successful integration of local acquisitions in Brazil, the US, and Europe.
The operator added that the cooperation took advantage of "unique competitive advantages across product, technology, expertise, and scale," all of which are clear in this partnership.
Sisal will include Tombola's bingo product as a built-in feature on its app and website as part of the agreement. This will provide Sisal's bingo customers immediate access to the games, which will include the Sisal brand.
The move was made so that players could access a greater pool of liquidity, which would allow them to win bigger prizes and jackpots in both brands.
The second part of this move will be the debut of Tombola's casino offering on Sisal. This will contain Tombola's chat features for players and its unique side-games solution.
Flutter said in a statement on Wednesday, "This multi-product approach will create a strong ecosystem that leverages the best of both brands."
Is it possible for Flutter to use this platform partnership model in other places?
Flutter plans to leverage this relationship as a model to connect its own bingo games with other businesses around the world. It also shows that the operator may do more cross-pollination between its brands and products around the world.

In August 2022, Flutter finished buying Sisal for €1.91 billion. Earlier this year, Flutter filed for the Italian national lottery tender, but in May, a group led by IGT was named the winner.
