The debut takes place under the Betsafe brand, in collaboration with Dostal Alley Casino.
The firm has also created an office in Downtown Denver to support regional B2B operations, and an Account Director for the B2B offering in the US has been hired.
A Managing Director for the B2C offering has also been appointed, and such activities will be managed from the Denver office.
"The Betsafe B2C launch serves as an opportunity to showcase Betsson's proprietary, US-adapted sportsbook for new and existing operators on the market, making it an important component of the company's B2B strategy in the country," Betsson said in a statement.
The business also stated that the launch was made possible by making regulatory and technological preparations to guarantee the sportsbook fulfils the country's requirements.
"The GLI 33 certification that Gaming Laboratories International issued for the sportsbook in Colorado is also necessary for operating in several states, and thus serves as an important cornerstone in the establishment of Betsson's B2B sportsbook offering in the country," Betsson explained.
The Betsafe app will be accessible on iOS and Android, and will provide a variety of sports categories, as well as various betting and payment options, competitive odds, and promotions for residents of the state.
"The launch of our proprietary sportsbook in the US is an important milestone," said Betsson CEO and President Pontus Lindwall. We are entering a new continent, broadening Betsson's worldwide reach and cementing our B2B and B2C objectives, due to months of hard effort by our product and technical teams to create a solution tailored to the US market."
