This comes after Hard Rock International invested $100 million to increase the wages of its US employees, with the salary increase affecting 95 job classifications.
The business has earned this accolade seven times since 2015 overall.
The list of America's Best Large Employers includes businesses that still place a high value on giving their employees a secure and rewarding work environment.
Over 45,000 American workers employed by businesses with more than 1,000 employees were surveyed for the list.
Participants in the poll were asked about a variety of employment-related topics, including working conditions, compensation, the possibility of career growth, and their perceptions of the company's reputation in comparison to their present employer.
The ranking was based on respondents' ratings of their likelihood to recommend their own job to friends and family, both directly and indirectly.
SVP of Human Resources of Hard Rock International, David Carroll, stated: "We truly recognise the efforts that our team members in the US and other countries have made.
"As part of our ongoing efforts to honour and value our team members, we recently invested $100 million into the wages and salaries of our US workforce."
Hard Rock International expanded efforts to enhance the industry's role in preventing and combatting human trafficking on January 11, which was National Human Trafficking Awareness Day.
